Writing this last one from a beautiful campsite on the beach on the island of Funen (one of the 3 Danish Islands). It is blisteringly hot, the campsite and beach are empty, all I can hear are the twittering of birds (yellowhammer I'm told by he who knows) and thinking what a great trip this has been. We have seen so many different landscapes, most of the beautiful, and travelled nearly 5,000 miles in 5 weeks!
Tiring at times, especially when the weather doesn't allow you to get outside much. but for the most part the weather has been kind and that makes a heck of a lot of difference in a small van. Never made it to Potato Museum (yet again...) sorry I know you would have loved a report on that one....
Back on the Esjberg to Harwich ferry on Saturday.
