Blog 7 - Back in Atlanta.....

Been back in Atlanta for a week now, the sun shining every day with temps around 85f except today. As I write this there is a Tornado Watch Warning out!! Probably not supposed to say "neat", as the family have to go to the basement if it becomes imminent but Doug and I want to go watch it.... No chance, I'm sure it will pass us by.

Spend most days playing with the kids, eating, drinking and swimming -I'm loving their pool and taking every opportunity to get in it. The boys are great fun but exhausting, I'm getting too old for this malarkey. Had forgotten the routine Oh, Carolina Chickadee just sat on the feeder by Doug's ear, he has seen lots of birds in the garden here which has a small wood backing on the golf course, so he's happy too. Al and Doug off to play golf Wednesday so Rachel and I are off shopping tomorrow.

Family Feast




Wandering around the supermarkets here reminds me where I am. They are massive, with so much choice I just can't decide on anything. it must be a nightmare to be single and try and buy small amounts of anything, the packs sizes are enormous.

Talking of the woods, we were out putting up a nest box on Sunday and look who showed up? yep, Doug's got too much time on his hands....





June and Keith arrived in LA for a few days and arrive here Wednesday so another blog will follow shortly.
