On the road-Blog 3

Spent most of the day travelling down the highway, stopping along the way at anywhere that looked interesting.
San Antonio - stayed at a lush skyscraper hotel with a pool on the roof and fab views over the city.. Spent some time wandering around the city, weather still great , strolled along the famous Riverwalk looking at endless restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. Of course went and visited The Alamo where Davie Crockett and Jim Bowie famously met their end.... The mission church and a small part of the barrack walls are all that is left and today it is a shrine to those who died there. Huge Mexican influence here, therefore ate Mexican down by the river in the evening.
